Town Time: Experts Tell Local Officials At ROI-NJ’s Opportunity Zone Event, ‘Ball’s In Your Court’

Ted Zangari, Member and Chair of the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department, was a panelist at ROI-NJ’s “Thought Leadership Series Event – Targeting Opportunity Zones” on May 15.

In response to the question, “What can we do as a municipality to foster connections to build more investment in our Opportunity Zones?”, “Zangari told the crowd … towns should put together a book of properties or projects. And he continually reminds anyone who listens that investments can go to businesses, not just real estate.”
