“The New Jersey Supreme Court ruled in favor of four hospitals, in two separate cases, which remain in an ongoing court battle against the state’s largest health insurer, as they seek access to details of a report that was used in setting the controversial OMNIA health plan and alliance in 2015.”
The article later states, “Jeffrey Greenbaum, an attorney with Sills Cummis & Gross who represents Saint Peter’s, said the Supreme Court decision paves the way to moving the case to trial. ‘Today the Supreme Court reversed the Appellate Division orders in all respects, affirming Saint Peter’s rights to the important discovery sought and ordered by the Chancery Court. We will now aggressively proceed to obtain the discovery ordered and move the cast to trial,’ Greenbaum said.”
