Sills Cummis & Gross Honored at 24th Annual Newark YMCA Leaders & Legends Gala

Last night, Sills Cummis & Gross received the YMCA Corporate Engagement Award of Excellence at the Newark YMCA’s Leaders and Legends Gala.  This annual event supports scholarships for local students and Y programs for children and families in need.  Joseph L. Buckley, Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department, accepted the award on behalf of the Firm.  Mr. Buckley has been involved with the Newark YMCA in various capacities since 2003, including serving on its Board of Trustees and Chair of the Leaders and Legends Dinner Committee.

Real Estate Developer Adenah Bayoh – The Sir George William Founders Award
Dr. Diane Hill, Assistant Chancellor at Rutgers University-Newark – Chairman’s Award
