This August 7, 2006 New Jersey Law Journal article entitled “Rules Tightening Discovery To Be Voted on by ABA” discusses an ABA vote today at its annual meeting on two litigation issues – one is protecting draft expert reports from discovery and the other is allowing parties to reassert privilege for inadvertently disclosed material. Jeffrey Greenbaum, a Member of the Firm and co-chair of the ABA Section of Litigation’s Federal Practice Task Force, was interviewed for this article and states “We [the task force] believe counsel and experts should be subject to consistent rules and court expectations around the country.”
