William Tellado is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department. He has represented multinational corporations, financial institutions, and other commercial entities and individuals in federal and state courts in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Tellado’s practice includes a broad range of commercial litigation matters including banking and finance, secured creditor, civil RICO, restrictive covenants and unfair competition, health care and contract actions.
Mr. Tellado was appointed to the District VA Ethics Committee by the New Jersey Supreme Court for a five-year term beginning September 2013.
Mr. Tellado graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, he served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and as a Legal Intern to the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.
