He has experience in a wide range of complex business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance issues, corporate governance matters, contract negotiations, and securities and capital markets transactions. Mr. Salis has worked on various private equity and venture capital transactions in different industries, including healthcare, renewable energy, semiconductors, aerospace, and industrials.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Salis was a clinical pharmacist.
