Katherine M. Lieb is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department with almost twenty years of experience. Ms. Lieb concentrates her practice on intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation. With a diverse intellectual property practice, Ms. Lieb litigates copyright, trademark, and patent infringement actions, along with contractual disputes concerning intellectual property licenses. Ms. Lieb also has significant experience in broader commercial litigation disputes with a focus on federal practice, including class actions, real estate, and general business litigation. She counsels clients in a variety of industries, both domestic and international, including electronics manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, fashion and apparel, and more. Ms. Lieb has also contributed to many successful appeals in both state and federal courts.
Ms. Lieb returned to the Firm after serving as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Irenas of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. While in law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy.
