Julia L. Bonsal is Of Counsel to the Firm’s Corporate Department.  In more than thirty years of practice, she has worked on a wide variety of business and financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured loan transactions, debt restructurings, leveraged lease financings and other equipment financings, representing public and private companies, banks, institutional investors and others.  Ms. Bonsal has extensive experience representing life science and pharmaceutical companies in connection with strategic alliance, collaboration, manufacturing and supply, co-promotion, license and other agreements.  She also advises with respect to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, in connection with various transactions.
