Jason Teele is a Member of the Firm’s Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Reorganization Practice Group, bringing more than two decades of experience. He represents an array of clients in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and distressed situations throughout the United States. Mr. Teele also handles commercial litigation and transactional matters for clients, and provides actionable advice concerning corporate directors’ and officers’ fiduciary duties and strategies companies can use to deal with distressed customers and vendors. His clients are publicly and privately held companies, secured and unsecured creditors and committees of creditors, equity holders, venture capitalists, private equity/hedge funds, labor unions, pension funds, and individuals. He represents clients in the automotive, broadcasting, chemical, health care, manufacturing, media and entertainment, paper and publishing, pharmaceutical, retail, textile, and transportation and logistics industries.
