Marshall O. Dworkin is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department. Mr. Dworkin has broad experience in complex business litigation matters including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud and estate litigation in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining the Firm, he was an attorney at Kasowitz Benson Torres, LLP in New York City.

  • Represented former entertainment advisor to the estate of a well-known musician in proceedings and actions related to the estate.
  • Represented international electricity and gas utility company in an action against a software vendor stemming from a $1 billion implementation of SAP software.
  • Represented former CEO of a national telecommunications corporation in multi-million dollar verdict against former financial adviser for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.
  • Represented international insurance company in multi-million dollar verdict against hedge funds and financial executives in a RICO case involving insider trading, market manipulation and short selling attacks.
  • Represented numerous real estate developers in connection with development projects and contact disputes in arbitrations and state court litigations.
  • Successfully conducted and won a bench trial verdict in New Jersey state court against a large home improvement retail and distribution center in a breach of contract matter.
