Jeffrey Gaskill is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. His practice focuses on real estate finance matters representing lenders in commercial mortgage loans which are to be securitized in the capital markets. He is experienced with various asset types including hotels, office, multi-family, warehouses and retail shopping centers. He has experience in representing both lenders and borrowers in financing portfolios with multiple assets.

While Mr. Gaskill frequently represents lenders in the origination of real estate mortgage and mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments, he also represents lenders in connection with loan workouts, restructurings and foreclosure matters, including the drafting of loan modifications, forbearance agreements and borrower notifications.
