Jeffrey A. Wendler is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department.

Mr. Wendler has a comprehensive background in all aspects of real estate finance law representing major lending institutions and owners with an emphasis on construction loans and permanent real estate loan transactions relating to the purchase, refinance, development and construction of all types of real estate projects, including multifamily rental and cooperative buildings, hotels, strip malls, office buildings and retail. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate lending, both commercial and residential, secured and unsecured, term loans and revolving credit loans from inception through closing, post closing and extensions. Mr. Wendler has closed 500+ permanent mortgage loans, construction loans and term loans ranging from under $1 million to over $75 million in New York, the Northeast, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Florida. Mr. Wendler also has extensive experience in New Jersey real estate tax appeals and purchases and sales of residential real estate in New York and New Jersey.
