Jason L. Jurkevich has over 25 years of experience handling all facets of complex litigation on behalf of diverse clients such as Fortune 100 and other major corporations, closely-held businesses and individuals.
Mr. Jurkevich has handled a complex litigation practice in federal and state courts, with specialties in all facets of business and commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation claims, and class actions. Mr. Jurkevich also has significant experience litigating real estate, insurance coverage, environmental and health care actions.
Mr. Jurkevich has consistently achieved superior results for his clients in a cost-effective manner. At the outset of a litigation, clear objectives and a strategy to meet those objectives are established with the client. The client’s objectives are periodically monitored and refined throughout the course of the litigation. Mr. Jurkevich’s thorough understanding of the client’s business issues is also employed to enable the client to avoid, if possible, future litigation.
Mr. Jurkevich is a contributing co-author to the American Bar Association’s The Law of Class Action: Fifty State Survey 2025 and the co-author, with Jeffrey Greenbaum, of its chapter on class action law in New Jersey. This text is additionally published by Thomson Reuters as a supplement to the treatise, Newberg and Rubenstein on Class Actions. Mr. Jurkevich also co-authored the New Jersey chapters of the 2024 and 2023 editions of The Law of Class Action: Fifty State Survey.
