Arda M. Setrakian is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Corporate Department. Ms. Setrakian advises clients on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters.

As a student at the Seton Hall University School of Law, Ms. Setrakian was an Articles Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, where her Comment entitled “If You Need Me, Call Me: The Importance and Means of Matching Opportunity Zone Investment with Community Wants and Needs” was published in Volume 51, Issue 4. She was also part of the FINRA Investor Advocacy Project, District of New Jersey Representation in Settlement Conference Practicum, and Leadership Fellows Program. At McGill University, she majored in economics and complemented it with minors in both finance and management.
