Our attorneys have negotiated major commercial and retail leases. We represent owners and operators of tower office buildings and shopping centers throughout the country as well as national and international corporations and retail tenants in connection with the leasing of national and regional headquarters and retail space. Advising both landlords and tenants has given us an advantage in negotiating the best possible terms for our clients.
