The Firm’s attorneys represent clients regarding the full range of antitrust issues, including counseling on business strategy, compliance and transactional issues, obtaining merger clearances, representation in government investigations, and representation in government and private litigation. The Firm’s litigators have successfully represented clients in antitrust matters in both state and federal court, and our transactional attorneys have obtained merger clearances before both the DOJ and FTC. Several of our lawyers are former trial attorneys with the United States Department of Justice. Our Antitrust Practice Group has significant cross-discipline experience working with other Firm practice groups, especially corporate and securities, health care, intellectual property and litigation, to handle the broad spectrum of antitrust matters across numerous industries.
The aim of the Antitrust Practice Group is to be a value-added partner to the Firm’s clients – providing the necessary advice and creative solutions for the clients to meet and exceed their business goals and objectives, while effectively minimizing the risk of antitrust challenge and liability.
