Stephen M. Klein focuses his
practice on complex commercial litigation. He is admitted in New Jersey and New
York. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, his M.A. from New
York University and his B.A. from the State University of New York, Buffalo. He
is resident in the Firm’s Newark office.
Rachel E. Brennan | Of
Counsel to the Firm | Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Reorganization
Rachel E. Brennan focuses
her practice on complex corporate restructurings, including large Chapter 11
cases and related proceedings. She is admitted in New Jersey and New York. She
received her J.D., magna cum laude,
from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Middlebury College.
She is resident in the Firm’s Newark office.
Matthew P. Canini | Of
Counsel to the Firm | Litigation
Matthew P. Canini focuses
his practice on complex commercial and real estate litigation in both state and
federal courts. He is admitted in New York, New Jersey and Florida. He received
his LL.M. in International Economic and Business Law from Kyushu University,
his J.D., cum laude, from Villanova
University School of Law, and his BSBA and B.A. from the University of Florida.
He is resident in the Firm’s New York office.
