Haddad, a member of the Firm in our New York office scored a victory for the Eastern Section of the United States Tennis Association as indicated in this article in The New York Times. A State Supreme Court judge dismissed a lawsuit by insurgent candidates seeking to depose the leadership of the 46,000 member Eastern Section of the USTA.
