Mr. Zangari first addresses the goals of the coalition as being two-fold. “The short-term demand crises is the out-migration of jobs and residents to other states, which calls for more competitive financial incentives and regulatory relief. The longer-term supply crisis is where do we put new companies and people in a state nearing build-out?” He then spoke about progress with the passage of the coalition’s first bill, the Permit Extension Act. He goes on to state that he believes “the Christie administration is going to be wonderful for business development.”
