Richard J. Sapinski will be presenting on the new 11/20/18 IRS internal guidance on how voluntary disclosures will be handled now that OVDI ended on 9/28/18.
These procedures apply to both domestic and offshore voluntary disclosure submissions after 9/28/18, and Richard will explore what will stay the same and what will change in this new regime.
