The New Jersey Lawyer interviewed Jeffrey Greenbaum, a Member of the Firm and Chair of the Firm’s Class Action Litigation Practice Group, for the January 8, 2007 article titled “Fed class-action law: Enrage ebbs” by Dana Sullivan. This article discusses the recent move of class actions from the state courts into the federal courts. According to article, “Jeffrey J. Greenbaum…now sees it beginning to take hold and have an impact. Not only are there more initial filings in federal courts, he said, but when he has sought removal from New Jersey courts, it’s been with a minimum of resistance from plaintiffs.”
