Bold Moves: Smart Growth Economic Development Coalition

The Managing Editor of New Jersey Business magazine interviewed Ted Zangari about a group he founded, The Smart Growth Economic Development Coalition, for an article in the January issue of the magazine. The article entitled “Bold Moves: Smart Growth Economic Development Coalition” discusses how the Coalition strives to make New Jersey more appealing to developers. According to the article, “[Zangari] says that there can be no tax revenue, new jobs, tax ratables, affordable housing or new construction jobs without groundbreakings for new development.”
