Site Remediation Regulatory Updates (Andrew Robins)
This seminar will discuss the implementation of the regulatory requirements of the Site Remediation and Reform Act (SRRA) and the program structure on remediation and Brownfield redevelopment projects. Particular focus will be on the role of the Department’s oversight, current and upcoming Guidance Documents, anticipated changes to Remediation Standards and stakeholders concerns, and initiatives to reform the SRRA. NJBA’s policy and regulatory initiative to address the burdensome Ground Water Quality Standards will also be discussed.
