Joshua J. Koodray is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. Mr. Koodray focuses his practice on zoning and land use, and related litigation. He has successfully represented clients before municipal and county land use boards throughout the State on a variety of site plan and variance applications.  Mr. Koodray also has experience navigating the State’s redevelopment process and liquor license process.

Mr. Koodray started his legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Mega, P.J.Ch. in the Union County Superior Court of New Jersey. During law school, he served as a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board.
