A Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey seminar on the NJ incentive programs that Cecilia Lassiter helped organize and spoke at was discussed in an article published in the March 11-24, 2016 issue of Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal. At this February 18, 2016 seminar, Ms. Lassiter presented a summary of GROW NJ business attraction and retention incentive programs from inception through the application process; further defined the parameters involved in the granting of the incentives; and did a side by side comparison of incentives for two different municipalities.
