ScheinMedia’s New Jersey Real Estate Economic Survival Conference took place on October 6, 2009. Ted Zangari of Sills Cummis & Gross chaired the Conference’s Developer Incentives Panel. According to the article, Zangari “credited the various programs within the newly signed Stimulus Act of 2009 with generating ‘real, live deals,’ especially in the urban areas.”
