Verniero, Chair of the Appellate Practice Group, commented on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s ruling which upholds Governor Corzine’s school-aid system. “…the ruling showed a deference to the Legislature and governor not seen in the past…It may signal a new era of school funding in New Jersey…this is a turning point in the decades-long dispute.”
