Ted Zangari, a Member of the Firm, was quoted in the January 2007 issue of Real Estate New Jersey about the New Jersey Alliance Program. According to Zangari, a speaker at this conference, “This conference began a decade ago with 50 or so participants. It has grown each year in direct correlation to the lack of developable land in New Jersey.” According to the article, Zangari also told the several hundred conference attendees, “Why the correlation? Because unlike Greenfield development, where the need for public sector cooperation is often limited to local land use permits and approvals, redevelopment projects typically require heavy doses of government involvements.”
