Jeffrey J. Greenbaum, Section of Litigation Liaison to the Advisory Committee, is quoted in this article about the proposed e-discovery rules which now near enactment. Mr. Greenbaum stated: “I think the proposed amendments are well balanced and will put electronic discovery higher on everyone’s priority list…The end result will probably be more electronic discovery being sought and religiously pursued.” He went on to say:”On the whole…the proposed amendments will be “good for practitioners and hopefully will result in a common framework for discovery to proceed and problems to be resolved efficiently.”
