Laura E. Krawczyk is Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice focuses on patent litigation and counseling. She has litigated dozens of patent cases in federal courts across the country for almost 20 years and has extensive trial and appellate experience. Ms. Krawczyk has worked on a variety of cases involving a wide array of technologies, including chemical, electronics, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, computer, and cable/telecommunication. She works with clients within these industries on all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice (comprising case dispositive and post-trial motions), trial, and appeal.
Ms. Krawczyk draws on her legal and scientific training to advise clients through the litigation process. She has experience litigating pharmaceutical cases under the Hatch-Waxman Act. In addition to litigation, she counsels clients on intellectual property matters.
