Sills Cummis & Gross Welcomes Scott Greenspan as a Member of the Firm

Sills Cummis & Gross is pleased to announce the addition of Scott D. Greenspan as its newest Member of the Firm. Mr. Greenspan, who is resident in the Firm’s New York office, will serve as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Insurance Practice Group and Chair of the Firm’s New York Insurance Practice Group.

Mr. Greenspan is a trial lawyer and lead counsel with a national practice that focuses on large, high-stakes insurance coverage and commercial litigation cases and insurance counseling matters. His practice covers insurance, commercial litigation, business divorce, shareholder disputes and real estate litigation, and he has litigated in courts in more than 20 states.

Prior to joining Sills Cummis, Mr. Greenspan practiced in the New York office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.

Mr. Greenspan earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from American University. He is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
