Adam J. Faiella is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. Mr. Faiella focuses his practice on land use, redevelopment, zoning, affordable housing, and related litigation. He represents property owners and developers with obtaining site plan, subdivision, and variance approvals from municipal and county land use boards throughout the State of New Jersey across all asset classes. He has experience with actions in lieu of prerogative writ relating to land use applications and builder’s remedy lawsuits. He also represents clients in the redevelopment process, which involves working with municipal officials to designate an area in need of redevelopment, adopt a redevelopment plan, designate a redeveloper, and negotiate and execute a redevelopment agreement. Mr. Faiella has also successfully sought and obtained long term tax exemptions and negotiated financial agreements for clients.

Mr. Faiella is active in the New Jersey State Bar Association, where he serves on the Board of Directors for the Land Use Law Section and is a member of the Section’s Affordable Housing Committee. He has also guest lectured on land use law at the Monmouth University Kislak Real Estate Institute.
