Matthew J. Correia is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. His practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial and residential properties. He also has experience prosecuting and defending foreclosures, handling landlord-tenant and homeowners association disputes, and negotiating complex construction contracts.

Mr. Correia advises private lenders and financial institutions on commercial loans, ensuring closings are in compliance with lender requirements and all government regulations. Additionally, Mr. Correia is experienced with wills, trusts, probate matters, and business entity formation.

Mr. Correia acts as pro bono counsel to the Garretson Forge and Farm Restoration, Inc. and serves as a commissioner on the Fair Lawn Historic Preservation Commission.
