Sills Cummis’ Thomas Prol was named to the Insider NJ 2023 Insider OUT 100: LGBT Power List. This annual list covers the “politically influential LGBT voices in New Jersey politics” according to the article.
Insider NJ had this to say about Prol, who came in at the #9 spot:
“One of the most politically-wired lawyers in the state, Tom Prol (a member at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C.) is the newly-minted chair of the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission, the state’s election and campaign finance watchdog. Mr. Prol was appointed to his post by New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy in June of this year. The longest-serving board member at Garden State Equality, the state’s most influential LGBT organization, Mr. Prol was also the 118th President of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the first openly gay person to hold that leadership position.”
