Matthew L. Lippert is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Practice
Group. Mr. Lippert represents clients
ranging from large financial institutions to family-owned businesses in a
variety of matters, including both litigation and arbitration of commercial
disputes related to banking, real estate, contracts, corporate governance and
antitrust issues. He also has particular
experience dealing with expert evidence, including cooperating with experts to

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Lippert was a litigation

financial crisis, and also coordinated litigation strategy across a larger set
of similar matters, in addition to working closely with client personnel to
give operational and transactional advice in order to reduce litigation
risk.
