Kenneth R. Schachter is Of Counsel to the Firm’s Litigation Department. He has over 30 years of experience, concentrating in general business and intellectual property litigation.

Mr. Schachter has substantial trial experience representing companies and individuals in federal and state courts and before various arbitration tribunals. He has successfully represented clients in complex financial disputes in a broad range of matters. While an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Schachter prosecuted numerous serious felonies, obtaining convictions in more than a dozen homicide trials.

Among his notable work, Mr. Schachter defended a client in a multi-million dollar preference action brought against a number of jewelry manufacturers in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court. After all of the other parties settled, Mr. Schachter’s client went to trial where Mr. Schachter secured a dismissal of all claims.
