Anthony Argiropoulos is a Member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He serves as lead counsel in complex commercial litigations and arbitrations throughout the United States. He has represented a wide array of healthcare clients (including hospitals, home health companies, ambulatory surgery centers, medical groups, and physicians), publicly held companies (including REITs, manufacturers, lenders, and energy companies), international clients (including pharmaceutical companies and food manufacturers) in high-stake litigations involving contract disputes and commercial torts. Mr. Argiropoulos also represents individual clients and entrepreneurs in substantial shareholder disputes, estate, probate and guardianship matters, as well as contract and commercial tort litigation.
Mr. Argiropoulos has regularly appeared in the federal and state courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and elsewhere. He has conducted jury and bench trials, and has appeared for numerous emergent applications for temporary and preliminary injunctions concerning unfair competition, breaches of fiduciary duty, and restrictive covenants in connection with employment contracts, the sales of businesses, and real estate.
Mr. Argiropoulos joined Sills Cummis & Gross in 2008. He was formerly a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, where he was the Administrative Co-Chair of that firm’s Princeton Litigation Department. He currently serves on the Firm's Personnel Committee.
