Ivette P. Alvarado ǀ Member ǀ Real Estate ǀ Newark
Ivette P. Alvarado focuses her practice on multiple disciplines within every commercial real estate asset class, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, finance, condominium, redevelopment and tax incentives. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. She received her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Newark and her B.A. from Rutgers College.

Tyler J. Kandel ǀ Member ǀ Litigation ǀ Newark
Tyler J. Kandel’s complex commercial litigation practice includes representation of financial institutions, public and private corporations and other commercial clients in litigation involving a wide array of issues in both federal and state courts in New Jersey and New York.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. He received his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School and his B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

S. Jason Teele brings a wealth of experience in corporate restructuring, commercial litigation and transactional matters involving distressed businesses.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.  He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, his M.P.A. from Seton Hall University and his B.A. from Rutgers University.

William L. Wilkins ǀ Associate ǀ Corporate ǀ Newark
William L. Wilkins represents public and private companies with a wide array of transactional matters, including business formation and structuring, M&A, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  He graduated from Temple University School of Law with his J.D., LL.M. in Taxation and LL.M. in Trial Advocacy.  He received his B.A. from Rutgers University.
