This program brings together leading experts and experienced practitioners on legislation and judicial decisions, corporate accounting, State finance and tax policy, corporate incentive negotiation, and economic development to explain the new incentives landscape and discuss strategies going forward both effectively and legally. Ted Zangari will moderate a panel, "Development Incentives: What Works? What's Legal?" Peter Verniero will also moderate a panel, "Eminent Domain After Kelo" where he will be joined by Kevin Moore.
