"New Jersey’s federal and state courts in 2017 served as key legal battlegrounds in the health care, competition and consumer protection realms, and hosted white collar prosecutions that ended with a congressman’s mistrial and a lawyer facing prison time," as seen in this article.

Four cases are highlighted in this article.  The first highlighted case is litigation over Horizon's Omnia Plan. The Omnia write-up starts, "In allowing hospitals to secure documents from Horizon Healthcare Services Inc. in litigation over the insurer’s tiered Omnia coverage plan, the New Jersey Supreme Court in July warned lower appellate courts to largely avoid tackling whether an ongoing lawsuit will succeed when weighing bids to force discovery."

Sills Cummis & Gross is listed as representing one of the hospitals in this case.  And, Sills Cummis & Gross attorneys Jeffrey Greenbaum, James M. Hirschhorn, Jason L. Jurkevich and Megan L. Wiggins are also listed for their work on this case.
