Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. seeks an energetic litigator with 6+ years of experience to join our newly launching Restrictive Covenant, Trade Secret and Unfair Competition Practice. The position will be based out of the Newark office. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow and shape a cutting edge, interdisciplinary Practice Group at a well-respected law firm.


  • 6+ years of litigation experience 
  • Experience with restrictive covenant, unfair competition and trade secret practice areas
  • Experience with filing and defending orders to show cause
  • Experience taking and defending depositions
  • Experience in drafting restrictive covenant agreements as well as general employment contracts and policies 
  • General employment counseling and training experience a plus
  • Business development skills a plus


  • Must be admitted to practice in NY and NJ
  • Must have experience in NJ State and Federal Courts, NY experience a plus
  • Must possess superior writing and verbal/negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker
