Our attorneys are active in pre-trial, trial and appellate matters in federal and state courts, as well as administrative litigation, grand jury investigations and arbitrations.   • 10+ years of New York State Court commercial litigation experience
  • Ability to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Well versed in motion practice, oral argument and experience defending and taking depositions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a good academic record
  • Must be licensed to practice in the State of New York, State of New Jersey a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact and build relationships directly with clients
