Tellado on receiving the New Jersey Law
Journal’s (NJLJ) “New Leaders of the Bar” recognition. According to NJLJ, those designated represent
the future of the legal profession in New Jersey and show an impressive
combination of accomplishment and promise.
Mr. Tellado serves as Of Counsel to the
Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He has
represented multinational corporations, financial institutions, and other
commercial entities and individuals in federal and state courts in New Jersey
and New York. Mr. Tellado’s practice
includes a broad range of commercial litigation matters including banking and
finance, secured creditor, civil RICO, restrictive covenants and unfair
competition, health care and contract actions.
Mr. Tellado was appointed to the District VA Ethics Committee by the New
Jersey Supreme Court for a five-year term beginning September 2013.
He graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law where he
was elected to the Order of the Coif.
During law school, he served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable
Katharine S. Hayden, United States District Judge for the District of New
Jersey, and as a Legal Intern to the United States Attorney’s Office for the
District of New Jersey.
